Refund policy

What is your return policy?

We will always do whatever we can to go above and beyond to please our customers. However, because of the customized nature of some products, we do not allow cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. If, upon receipt of your finished Product, you feel that your order was incorrect due to an error on our part, please email us within fourteen (14) days of your delivery date. If for some reason you do not love your product do not hesitate to reach out. Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the case is decided in your favor you will receive a store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot refund/store credit/return the original shipping charge. We do not provide refunds. 

For all holiday or special event items there will be a no exception return or exchange policy. 

All re purposed items are final sale only. No returns.
